Our house in Durban

This little (naked) glass girl captured in wax, was a present I bought my Greg high up the mountains in a little snow white village in France and now it stands on a boiling hot shelf in Durban...

One of the walls in our wonderful house. We carefully fill it with things we really like a lot, like the very precise painting of one of Greg's old students (Peter Rippon), and things with a special value and history...

...like this image of my dear Gran Oma Lola when she was a little girl. She died a year ago and I still miss her every day. I also managed to bring these two delicate vases that she left me. Although it was quite a mission to make them survive a long flight in the plane with a little baby girl!
