These pics show three of my favourite things in our house: the couch, old art-deco lamp and the cushion covers of skinnylaminx ... and they show a plastic-doll's leg that Basti left lying around after playing with it! We found it at Jefferies Bay standing upright in the sand on the beach. I liked it straight away that brave lonely leg. It reminded me of how I had to stand on one leg during auditions for Theatre School, to show that I was physically stable?! And a friend of ours has a little boy that is four years old and he had to stand on one leg at the interview he had for his potentially new school ... and I'm not pulling your leg!
